3. Services and Bespoke Tailoring

Elysian Threads Ltd. specializes in offering bespoke tailoring services for modern professionals. Our Services include consultation, design, fabric selection, measurement, pattern making, garment construction, and fittings. Each garment is created to the individual client's specifications and measurements.

3.1. Consultations and Design

Initial consultations are crucial for understanding your needs, style preferences, and the intended use of the garment. During the design phase, we will present fabric options, design sketches, and discuss details. All design choices require client approval before proceeding to the production stage. Minor adjustments to the design may be accommodated prior to the commencement of cutting and sewing, but significant changes may incur additional costs and affect the delivery timeline.

3.2. Measurements and Fittings

Accurate measurements are paramount. You agree to provide us with truthful and accurate measurements, or to attend scheduled appointments for us to take precise measurements. We offer a specified number of fittings (typically two to three) to ensure the perfect fit. Additional fittings requested by the client beyond the standard offering may incur a service fee.

3.3. Fabric and Materials

We source high-quality fabrics and materials from reputable suppliers. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the natural properties of materials and batch differences. We will inform you of any significant material substitutions well in advance.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required upon confirmation of your order to commence work. The deposit amount is typically 50% of the total service cost. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to garment collection or shipment.

5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

We will endeavor to keep you informed of any significant delays.

5.2. Collection and Shipment

Once your garment is completed and paid for, you may arrange for collection from our atelier. Alternatively, we can arrange for shipment to an address provided by you. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and chosen shipping method and will be added to your final invoice. We are not responsible for delays or damages incurred during transit by third-party shipping carriers.

6. Cancellation and Returns Policy

6.1. Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our Services, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of placing the order. If cancellation is requested within this period and before production begins, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued. Cancellations requested after production has commenced will not be eligible for a refund, as materials will have been cut and labor expended.

6.2. Returns and Refunds

As each garment is made to your specific measurements and design, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed garments unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the agreed-upon design specifications. If you believe your garment has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the garment and, if a defect is confirmed, we will offer to repair or, in exceptional circumstances, offer a partial refund or store credit. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or if the garment does not fit due to inaccurate measurements provided by the client or due to natural weight fluctuations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Elysian Threads Ltd. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this Website or in our Services. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Elysian Threads Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Elysian Threads Ltd. does not warrant that the Website, its servers, or e-mail sent from Elysian Threads Ltd. are free of viruses or other harmful components.
